Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney certification preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local clientele through community outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
