Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience. You will engage with local communities to attract new clients, build relationships, and grow a trusted local TurboTax presence.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
