Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support software, while collaborating with a team of specialists to serve clients end-to-end. You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and provide an outstanding customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience; active PTIN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete personal and business tax returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver excellent, in-person and virtual customer experiences.
• Attend required training and adhere to company policies.
