Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients with Intuit's broader ecosystem.

The role emphasizes community engagement, trust, and a hands-on approach to building lasting client relationships. You will drive local growth, host events, and partner with marketing tools to expand the client base, ensuring a best-in-class

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns with software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; willingness to upskill in related services.
• Onsite work preference; able to work 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, including simple to complex cases.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Partner with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for holistic support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear, relatable guidance.
• Educate clients on Intuit ecosystem and cross-sell relevant services.
