Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, ensuring end-to-end tax solutions within the Intuit ecosystem.

Your role emphasizes personalized client engagement, community outreach, and collaboration with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to drive local growth and client loyalty.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; training may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, assisting clients in person and via TurboTax video tools.
