Job summary

Intuit seeks passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing a local client base and collaborating with specialists across services.

Your role focuses on personal tax, business scenarios, and holistic advisory, with strong emphasis on community engagement and end-to-end client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax location; 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and wear provided uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
