Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation at on-site locations across the United States. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, supporting personal and business taxes while growing your local client base.

You will work with a team of specialists, engage in community events, and leverage marketing tools to drive year-round prosperity for clients and your practice.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory areas.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to train and comply with company programs.
• Uniform wear; ability to use your name and image for marketing.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Recommend deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for business income, payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
