Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a TurboTax location. You will grow the local client base, offer holistic financial services, and coordinate with a team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will work onsite, engage directly with customers, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships and drive loyalty within the community.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and wear uniforms; may have advertising use of name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships for year-round client support and loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using in-person and video tools.
