Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert advice, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem.

You will help individuals and businesses while growing a local client base and delivering personalized service in a community setting. You will work with a team of tax professionals, handle complex scenarios, and participate in community events to build trust and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Willing to upskill into add'l service types with training by Intuit
• onsite at TurboTax location 20+ hours/week
• Complete required training and development as directed
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Grow local customer base and build long-term client relationships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing activities
