Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, preparation, and advisory support at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll work onsite with a team of tax professionals and collaborate across Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end client solutions. You’ll engage with personal and small business tax scenarios, build local relationships, and help grow TurboTax in your community through outreach and events, while maintaining a high standard of

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney preferred with strong tax prep knowledge
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional software
• Willing to upskill to bookkeeping/payroll/advisory
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time
• Must complete training and development requirements
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; may appear in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Conduct discovery sessions, optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, plan taxes
• Act as local community ambassador to grow client base
• Coordinate with broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver end-to-end customer experience
• Represent TurboTax in local events and marketing efforts
