Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax advice and on-site tax preparation for customers in local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while collaborating with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience (30+ returns per season) with professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite and 20+ hours per week; flexible hours during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
