Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our team at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide on-site and virtual tax preparation, deliver expert advice, and coordinate with a broader team to address complex tax needs.

You will help grow TurboTax's local client base, foster relationships, and drive a seamless end-to-end experience for customers through collaboration with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Training and development requirements may change; uniforms may be provided.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
