Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a TurboTax location, working with a team of specialists to provide a seamless Intuit experience for both in-person and virtual clients. You will build a local client base, deliver personalized financial guidance, and collaborate across services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings.

Qualifications

• Active US credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into broader services with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
