Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete return preparation, and help customers maximize refunds while building local relationships. This on-site role emphasizes community presence, cross‑team collaboration, and growing the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events, with flexible hours in peak tax season.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years filing 1040 federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping or payroll with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and act as a trusted guide.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
