Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new locations across the United States. Onsite roles focus on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, with opportunities to collaborate across tax and advisory services.

You'll build lasting client relationships, engage with the local community, and leverage Intuit resources to provide end-to-end Tax experiences both in person and via virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
