Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working on-site in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax prep, advisory services, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem, while building long-term relationships in the community.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support, helping clients optimize refunds and plan for the future.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 1040 returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Identify deductions, prep amendments, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for clients.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service onsite and virtually.
