Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to empower clients and promote Intuit's mission.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, perform client tax preparation, and lead local outreach initiatives to grow the local TurboTax presence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Lead local outreach, community events, and grassroots marketing to grow the customer base.
• Act as a local face for TurboTax, connecting clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and help clients plan for future financial goals.
