Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States. This role focuses on on-site tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, with opportunities to grow into related services.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build long-term relationships, and contribute to local community growth while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have professional tax preparation experience with knowledge of tax laws.
• Ability to advise clients and communicate complex tax concepts clearly.
• Willingness to engage with local community and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Intuit teams to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
