Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax expertise, complete tax preparation for clients, and act as a community ambassador to grow local business. The role emphasizes customer service, local events, and leveraging Intuit resources to help clients achieve better financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice.
• Build local relationships through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow the TurboTax business.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and use Intuit tools to assist clients year-round.
