Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in a new TurboTax location across the United States.

This role blends tax expertise, community engagement, and on-site service to guide customers through their tax needs. You will work onsite, perform full-service tax returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, while growing the local client base and providing personalized support to diverse

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador and grow the client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience with accurate, personalized guidance.
• Build long-term relationships and address client inquiries.
