Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at new TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, working closely with specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

Role emphasizes community outreach, local growth, and leveraging Intuit resources to serve personal and business tax needs, with full-time onsite schedules and collaborative team expectations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through community engagement and networking.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit client experience with cross-functional teams.
