Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and delivering end-to-end client experiences.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, becoming a trusted advisor to customers as you build long-term relationships and contribute to local market growth.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business tax scenarios.
• Develop and deliver tax advisory guidance in clear, user-friendly language.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and community engagement.
• Willingness to upsell additional Intuit services and products.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Participate in local events and community outreach to grow TurboTax presence.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to meet client needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Utilize TurboTax marketing tools to attract and retain clients.
