Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in California. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

You will grow the local client base, foster relationships, and deliver end‑to‑end support within the Intuit ecosystem, including advisory services and community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at a TurboTax location, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development as needed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain client relationships for year‑round support.
• Present as the local TurboTax expert and participate in local marketing efforts.
