Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in California.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, client advisory, and software support to in-person and remote customers, while growing the local client base and connecting clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem. You will collaborate with tax professionals, attend community events, and use Intuit marketing tools to build relationships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, ~20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, addressing inquiries and guiding tax decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end client service.
