Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver personal and business tax services onsite in California. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert guidance, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with extensive tax knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 1040 returns (30+ per season) with professional software.
• Willing to upskill to bookkeeping/payroll advisory with training.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Engage in community events and local marketing activities.
