Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and collaborate with a broad team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.

You will play a key role in growing a local customer base, engaging with the community, and delivering guidance across personal and business tax needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
• Familiarity with Circular 230 provisions
• Willing to upskill into services like bookkeeping, payroll, advisory
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, with fixed hours and training requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Coordinate with specialists for business tax, payroll, and advisory services
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing customer loyalty
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear, personalized guidance
