Job summary

Intuit is seeking taxes professionals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice to both in-person and virtual clients, sitting with customers and collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You will grow the local customer base, participate in community events, and reflect Intuit's values.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hrs/week, 8:00–17:00
• Willing to complete all required training
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services
