Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the U.S.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, collaborate with specialists, and help grow the local TurboTax client base. You will be a trusted guide through personal and business tax scenarios, aiming to maximize refunds while offering ongoing year-round support within the Intuit ecosystem,

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build lasting client relationships and a trusted local presence.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with in-person and virtual interactions.
