Job summary

Intuit seeks talented individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and support clients with software and advisory services in a collaborative, on-site setting.

You will act as a local community ambassador, grow the client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, and work with a team to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 tax returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Engage with local events and networks to raise brand awareness and client engagement.
