Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will build long-term client relationships, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and nurture relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
