Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services to deliver a complete financial solution.

You will act as a community ambassador, drive local growth, and collaborate with marketing tools to expand the client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid federal/state 1040 returns experience using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for client solutions.
• Engage clients in‑person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax services.
