Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a dedicated location in the United States.

You will perform on-site tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and work with a cross-functional group to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences for clients. You will build local client relationships, host community events, and connect clients with Intuit's broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
