Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States. The role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, guiding clients through personal and business tax scenarios while building lasting relationships in your local community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep background preferred.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, 20 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll as part of a holistic advisory approach.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain long-term client relationships.
