Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will act as a trusted guide, handling personal and business tax scenarios, while expanding the local client base. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, building relationships and offering the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll support, with a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season preferred.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with accompanying services: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
