Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services at local locations.

You will work with a team of specialists to cover personal and business tax needs, deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, and help grow the local client base through community engagement. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, delivering personalized tax solutions, and leveraging TurboTax tools to drive client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Must reside in the United States and have related licenses if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and clear financial guidance.
