Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless experience.

You will grow the local client base through outreach and events, serving as a trusted advisor and community ambassador while leveraging Intuit resources to support year-round client success.

Qualifications

• Tax preparation experience with personal and business returns.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and deductions.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax office locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
