Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide comprehensive tax preparation, advice, and software support while expanding the local client base and collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of paid tax return experience, are comfortable meeting clients in person, and are prepared to grow into broader tax advisory services

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, min 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Collaborate with marketing tools and resources to drive local market growth.
