Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic, year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, focusing on full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience and help grow the local client base through community engagement. Ideal candidates have multi-state tax knowledge, PTIN, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with tax regulations.
