Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, client advisory, and connect customers with Intuit’s broader ecosystem.

You will build local relationships, deliver tax expertise, and collaborate with a team of professionals across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a seamless client experience year-round.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Active PTIN and familiarity with Circular 230 requirements.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients across personal and business tax needs.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions and optimize refunds, with year-round planning guidance.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships in the community.
• Collaborate with teams offering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person and via Intuit tools and channels.
