Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while embedding in the local community and coordinating with specialists for a full Intuit ecosystem engagement.

You will help grow the client base, conduct outreach events, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer experience in collaboration with TurboTax marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office for 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to complete training and comply with requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and referrals.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and other Intuit services.
• Ensure end-to-end service with a trusted, local presence.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
