Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while coordinating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end service.

This role emphasizes local growth, community engagement, and a client-first approach, with opportunities to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through targeted outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
