Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering full-service tax prep, expert advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, grow the local client base, and provide ongoing year-round support in a collaborative, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week minimum and training.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in brand marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning tools.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Work onsite during normal hours with collaborative coordination among teams.
