Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, connect clients with broader Intuit services, and grow the local client base through community engagement.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, personalized service, and a proactive community presence, with hours roughly 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and onsite requirements.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040s filed per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, ~20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem products like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and tax expertise.
