Intuit is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

The role emphasizes growing the local client base, building relationships in the community, and offering year‑round tax advisory services. A strong tax background, on‑site availability, and commitment to training are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax knowledge.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with pro tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite TurboTax office experience required; 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and compliance.
• Must wear Intuit uniform; name used for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning teams for full-service support.
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience in person and via remote tools.
• Build long-term relationships and drive client loyalty.
