Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating across Intuit services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and strong customer relationships, with standard onsite hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and a path to growth in tax advisory

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA license or be a practicing attorney.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
