Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance. You will serve as a trusted advisor, help clients maximize refunds, and connect them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping and financial planning.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local business growth, and ongoing training. Onsite presence from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for peak-season

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
