Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax guidance to clients, while connecting them with Intuit's ecosystem of services.

You will grow the local client base and maintain long-term relationships in the community. Successful candidates will have strong tax credentials, be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and be willing to upskill in

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through targeted outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
