Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at on-site TurboTax locations. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax scenarios and connecting them with a broader team for comprehensive support.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and help families and small businesses achieve favorable financial outcomes year-round.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state individual returns annually using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
