Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will work closely with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and help grow the local client base.

You’ll advise on straightforward to complex tax scenarios, connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services, and participate in community events to raise brand awareness and trust.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for clients (personal and business).
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
