Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax prep, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end service. You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to ensure clients receive comprehensive, year-round guidance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
